I feel bittersweet about this. It's almost like Hannity succeeded. He (or someone) killed a city, the dead city, so the clock could be studied. And it is being studied. From Hannity/the dismemberists efforts, what they wanted, they've gotten it. It's just that someone else is doing the studying, so the guilt of the deaths is not upon their heads.
